From what I’m seeing there are some pretty descent solutions. I keep seeing Elgato Systems’ EyeTV tuners coming up again and again. There’s a good intro Macworld article here.
Elgato has two products: the Elgato EyeTV Hybrid
and the Elgato EyeTV 250 Plus
There’s a comparison page here where you can compare specs between the two. There’s also this Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-950Q that seems to be pretty good and the price is really right!
